1. Why register as a member of JKmart.net?
When you sign in as a member of JK Mart, you can store address information so that you can place order quickly and easily. You may also review your order history from our store, and to receive notice of promotional and new products.
2. How do I sign up?
To become a member, simply enter your email address and password, fill out member registration form and click “submit”.
3. Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box addresses?
Sorry, we don’t ship to P.O. box address. We only ship to physical addresses.
4. Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted?
Order can be changed or cancelled before it is shipped. We suggest you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
or contact our customer service department by calling 310-515-3833.
5. Will I get an order confirmation?
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation through your email address.
6. Which payment methods are available on this site?
All payments can be processed through PayPal or Google Checkout which can accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eCheck, and Bank Transfer throught both accounts. If you do not have a Pay Pal or Google Checkout account, don’t worry – they will still process your credit card the same as any other credit card processor.
7. When will my credit card be charged?
PayPal or Google Checkout will secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchasing online. Your account will be charged on the day of purchase.
8. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax 9.75% is applied to all orders shipped to California. It is required by law to collect and submit tax in states. There is no sales tax to order ship to other states.
9. Product Guarantee
We stand behind every purchase with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you order, we will either replace it or provide you with a full product refund within 15 days of your purchase, excluding shipping and handling charge.
10. When will I receive my exchange order?
The exchange merchandise will be shipped out within 2 – 5 business days after if we received your returned merchandise and if we have stock.
11. What if my order gets lost or damages in shipping?
If there are any issues with a shipment, contact our Customer Service Department immediately via Contact Us
or call 310-515-3833 Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
12. Delivery & Shipping Information
We will try to ship out the merchandise within 1 to 3 business days if we have stock. UPS Ground service normally takes from 2 to 5 business days for delivery depends on distance.
All packages will be shipped by UPS within our regular business hours. The shipping cost is based on your order amount as the following table.

UPS Next Day Air
By choosing this method, your package will arrive by next business day if it is picked up by UPS before 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
UPS 2nd Day Air
By choosing this method, your package will arrive by 2nd business day if it is picked up by UPS before 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. The day your order picked up by UPS is not counted.
UPS 3 Day Select
By choosing this method, your package will arrive by 3nd business day if it is picked up by UPS before 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. The day your order picked up by UPS is not counted.
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii , Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands & APOs/FPOs
Packages to these locations will be sent via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail Insured. Your package will arrive by 5-7 business days.
International Shipping We currently do not ship countries outside of United States.
